Help - I can't get logged on

Sometimes the computer's cookies get corrupted.  Symptomatic of this is that you get stuck in a loop that keeps asking you to login, even if you are in single user mode.   To solve this you can erase the cookies for this site.

This is a rather drastic solution, as it will mean the program loses all track of where you have been, including any saved answers to questions you have entered.

After erasing the cookie, you will have to login again (and recreate a new account if using multiple user logon).

User name:Userid (press this button to erase the cookies)

That didn't work either.

If trying the above still won't let you logon, then you will need to delete the cookie from your hard drive on the computer.  In multiple user mode this means you lose the data for EVERY user, not just yourself, so do not use this option unless you are totally stuck.  To do this, follow these steps.

1. In My Computer, locate your Windows folder.  There is a sub-folder called Temporary Internet Files.  Open this folder.
2. Locate a file called Cookie:user@nameofwebsite where nameofwebsite represents the name of the web site from which you were downloading the Mission to Mars program.  If you were running from a local CD drive, then the nameofwebsite will be  ~~local~~.
3. Delete this cookie (right click on the cookie name, and then select delete).
