Chime

Chime is a molecular model viewer.  It allows you to view and rotate models of molecules in a web browser.  If all you see in the box at the right is a black square, press your brower refresh button, or click and drag a bit with the left mouse button.

• To rotate the model, click with your left mouse button and drag the mouse around while holding down the button.
• If you right click on the model you will get a menu of options allowing you to change the way the model is displayed.
• You can change the size of the model by holding down the shift key while you click and drag the left mouse button.

The red atoms are oxygen, blue nitrogen, gray carbon, and white hydrogen.   Other colors may be used for other atoms, as required.
